Help Teach Your Kids the Importance of Breakfast
As we all heard, eating the right kind of food for breakfast can help children have more energy and attention in and outside the classroom. Parents play an important role in helping children develop healthy eating habits, especially in the morning.
It has been shown that eating together can increase the likelihood of children eating breakfast. As role models, it is important parents set a positive example. A nutritious breakfast at home can provide your child with the healthy fuel needed to do well in school and in other activities. Also, many schools have a variety of breakfast options to help fuel your child for the day.
